To start a return on an item that you ordered*:
1) email email@example.com within 30 days of receiving your order with the following details
- Name and address
- Order Number (located on the packing slip that was shipped with your order) or confirmation email from True Club of the order.
- Date the order was placed
- Date the order was received
- Pictures of unopened, unused items you wish to return with details of the product you want to return as well as reasons why
2) The True Club team will come back to you acknowledging your email and work with you as to whether you want a refund, replacement or store credit** and details of the address where to return the items to.
3) In the unlikely event that you received an incorrect or damaged item just let us know here, and we will make sure we get the correct item, or a replacement item, to you.
*Certain items are unfortunately not eligible for return. These include perishable items, personal care items, cosmetics, intimate or sanitary goods, digital downloads, gift cards or some sale items.
**Not all options will be available for all items.
